1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EthrylSynth (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

EthrylSynth provides AI-powered media transformation services that process user-supplied inputs to generate transformed outputs. The Service provides temporary computational processing only and does not host, publish, or claim ownership of user content.

Users retain ownership of all inputs and outputs generated through the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use EthrylSynth. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities and Consent

By uploading or generating content using EthrylSynth, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right and necessary consent to upload and transform the media.
• The content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate.

Consent is obtained through explicit user attestation. EthrylSynth does not independently verify ownership or consent.

5. Execution and Billing Boundary

AI processing uses finite computational resources. Execution of a job constitutes a non-reversible cost event.

Once execution begins, credits or charges consumed are final, regardless of outcome, including failures, cancellations, or system interruptions.

6. Credits and Payments

• Credits represent rights to computational execution.
• Credits are consumed when a job enters execution.
• Credits are non-refundable once execution begins.
• Pricing, plans, and limits may change with notice.

7. Prohibited Use

Use of the Service for illegal, non-consensual, or exploitative purposes is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to content involving minors or coercion.

Additional restrictions are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. No Guarantees

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee availability, completion time, or output quality. AI outputs are probabilistic and non-deterministic.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EthrylSynth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service to protect system integrity, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, to be specified at launch.
