Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of EthrylSynth, operated by Ethereal Commerce LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and must not use another person's account without permission.

2. The Service

EthrylSynth provides AI media creation and transformation tools. You submit prompts or media, and the Service processes them to produce outputs. Availability, supported features, generation times, and output quality may vary. We do not guarantee that a job will complete or produce a particular result.

We store inputs and outputs temporarily to process jobs and deliver results. EthrylSynth does not provide a public gallery or publish your results for other users. Our Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion.

3. Your Content and Rights

You are responsible for the prompts and media you submit and for how you use or distribute outputs. You must have the rights to use submitted media and any consent required from people whose identifiable image, voice, or likeness you use. Your use must comply with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

As between you and EthrylSynth, we do not claim ownership of your submitted media or generated outputs. This does not grant you rights in someone else's content or likeness, and the legal protection available for AI-generated material may vary.

You authorize us and our service providers to process your submissions only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Credits, Plans, and Payments

Prices, credit costs, plan features, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are presented at purchase or before a generation request. Credits are used to pay for eligible generation jobs. A job may debit credits when it is submitted, before processing finishes.

If you buy a recurring plan, the checkout terms explain its billing period and renewal. You may cancel future renewals through the account controls or support method provided by the Service. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a charge already incurred.

Failed, cancelled, or disputed jobs and purchases are handled under the applicable Refund Policy. A credit debit is not necessarily final merely because a job began processing.

5. Prohibited Use and Enforcement

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including its restrictions on sexual content, exploitation, non-consensual likeness use, infringement, and unlawful or harmful conduct. We may reject a job, restrict a feature, suspend or close an account, or take other appropriate action when we reasonably believe these Terms or any applicable policy have been violated.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, payment-processor, or operational reasons. The Service is provided on an as-available basis, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You should review outputs before relying on or distributing them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EthrylSynth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may publish a new version of these Terms. The version and publication date identify the terms in force. We may require you to review and accept an updated version before continuing to use the Service.
