This Privacy Policy explains how EthrylSynth, operated by Ethereal Commerce LLC, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Process

We process account information such as your email address, account ID, profile details supplied by a sign-in provider, and authentication/session information. We process the prompts, images, videos, reference media, and generated outputs you submit or create. We also keep operational records such as job IDs and status, timestamps, tool and model used, credit activity, subscription and payment references, support requests, and abuse or security reports.

Our service and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, and request logs needed to operate and secure the Service. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider; we receive payment and subscription records needed to manage your account and transactions.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, run requested jobs, deliver results, maintain saved features, manage credits and payments, provide support, investigate abuse and security incidents, enforce our policies, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your submitted media or generated outputs to train our own AI models or sell your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We use service providers for authentication, cloud hosting, AI processing, media storage and delivery, and payment processing. We share with each provider the information needed for the service it performs. Their processing may occur in countries other than yours.

4. Media Access and Sharing

EthrylSynth does not offer a public gallery for user results. However, some uploaded or generated media is delivered through URLs that can be opened by anyone who has the link. Do not share those links if you do not want others with the link to access the media. We may access or disclose information when needed to investigate a credible abuse report, protect the Service or others, or respond to a valid legal request.

5. Storage and Retention

Temporary job inputs and outputs are intended to be removed within approximately 24 hours through storage lifecycle processes. Deletion is not instantaneous, and cached copies or provider backups may persist for a limited period. Job, account, consent, payment, and audit records may be kept longer for service operations, dispute resolution, accounting, security, and legal obligations.

6. Cookies and Essential Browser Storage

We use first-party cookies and similar browser storage only to operate and secure essential Service functions. These technologies may be used to:

• maintain authentication and account sessions;
• remember that the functional-cookie notice was acknowledged during the browser session; and
• temporarily remember that the Service checked whether your policy agreements are current, so the same database check is not repeated before every protected action. This temporary marker may remain valid for up to two hours within the browser session and does not replace the policy-acceptance record retained with your account.

We do not use advertising cookies or use these technologies for behavioral advertising. If you choose a third-party sign-in option or visit a payment provider's page, that provider may use its own cookies under its privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies through your browser, but authentication and other essential Service functions may then stop working correctly.

7. Your Choices and Requests

You may request help with access, correction, or deletion of account information through our support channel. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, disputes, or legal reasons.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and avoid sharing media links you want to keep restricted.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may publish a new version of this Privacy Policy. The version and publication date identify the policy in force. We may require you to review and accept an updated version before continuing to use the Service.
