Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to your use of EthrylSynth, including prompts, uploaded or reference media, generated outputs, and account activity.

1. Who May Use EthrylSynth

EthrylSynth provides AI media creation and transformation tools. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Your prompts, uploads, and use of generated outputs must comply with this policy and applicable law.

2. Sexual and Adult Content

Do not use EthrylSynth to create, transform, or request pornography or other sexual content designed for sexual gratification. This includes explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content, and sexually explicit imagery or video, whether real, simulated, or AI-generated.

Do not use the Service to advertise or facilitate adult services, sexual exploitation, or trafficking.

3. Minors and Exploitation

Any sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of a minor is prohibited. This includes real or fictional people who are, appear to be, or are described as under 18 in a sexual context. Do not upload or transform a minor's likeness without the rights and permissions required by law. Do not use EthrylSynth to groom, solicit, or endanger a minor.

4. Likeness, Consent, and Intellectual Property

You must have the rights to use media you submit and any required consent from people whose identifiable image, voice, or likeness you use. Do not create or share non-consensual impersonations, intimate imagery, or deceptive synthetic media. Do not use the Service to harass, defame, exploit, or mislead others about a real person's actions or identity.

Do not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

5. Harmful, Deceptive, and Unlawful Use

Do not use EthrylSynth to:

• Promote, threaten, or glorify unlawful violence, sexual violence, or abuse.
• Create graphic gore or content that encourages self-harm or harm to others.
• Target people or groups with hateful, abusive, or harassing content.
• Commit fraud, impersonate others, fabricate evidence, or spread materially deceptive content intended to cause harm.
• Violate applicable law or another person's privacy or legal rights.

6. Platform Abuse

Do not evade restrictions or enforcement, misuse another person's account, interfere with the Service, or attempt to bypass technical safeguards, access controls, or rate limits. Do not submit content in a disguised form to circumvent this policy.

7. Responsibility and Enforcement

You are responsible for the prompts and media you submit and for how you use or distribute outputs. EthrylSynth may use automated checks, review reports, and investigate suspected violations; these measures may be incomplete and do not replace your responsibility to comply with this policy.

Where we identify or receive a credible report of a violation, we may reject or remove content, restrict a feature, suspend or terminate an account, or take other appropriate action. We may report unlawful conduct where required by law. If you believe content created with the Service violates this policy, please use the support or reporting channel made available on the Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service, applicable requirements, or our safeguards change. The published version and effective date will identify the policy in force. We may require you to review and accept an updated version before continuing to use the Service.
